Noah Bernard

Noah Bernard is an analyst and security consultant, focusing primarily on homeland security regulations and programs, including the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS), Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA), Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT), and hazardous materials transportation matters.

Prior to joining the Roberts Law Group / Chemical Security Group, Noah attended Sam Houston State University (SHSU), where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, and a Master of Science in Homeland Security Studies, with a graduate certificate in Critical Infrastructure Protection. While at SHSU, Noah participated in internships with Montgomery County Constable Precinct 2 and Houston Police Department Victim Services Unit. Noah is also an alumnus of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity, Lambda Alpha Epsilon criminal justice organization, and the Alpha Phi Sigma honor society.
