Cameron Durnford is a security consultant in the area of homeland security with a focus on federal security regulation of chemical and petrochemical facilities. He works closely with clients on regulatory and compliance matters involving the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS), the Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA), rail and highway transportation security, as well as general security matters and public policy issues.
Cameron received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University. He then earned his master’s degree in Homeland Security Studies with a focus on Emergency Management from Sam Houston State University. At Sam Houston, he was heavily involved in Intramurals and the Athletics Department. In his free time, he tutors high school math and follows whatever sport is in season.
