Geoffrey Lockamy is a security consultant with a focus on federal security regulation of chemical and petrochemical facilities. He works closely with clients on regulatory compliance matters involving the Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA), Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) requirements, and hazardous material transportation matters.
Prior to joining the Roberts Law Group / Chemical Security Group, Geoffrey served over 23 years in the United States Coast Guard, where he held a variety of positions in different prevention and response assignments across the country. Over the course of his distinguished Coast Guard career, he developed extensive experience in maritime safety, port and facility security, environmental response, and federal regulatory compliance. Geoffrey draws on this broad range of experience to provide clients with practical, informed guidance on complex regulatory matters to help organizations navigate applicable requirements while maintaining safe, secure, and compliant operations.
