Jordan Biehl

Jordan Biehl is an attorney and security consultant who practices in the area of federal security regulation of chemical, petrochemical, and port facilities. He provides counsel on regulatory matters, including, but not limited to, compliance with the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS), the Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA), Hazardous Materials Transportation Act (HMTA), Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) requirements, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) drone use requirements.

Before joining the Roberts Law Group / Chemical Security Group in 2015, Jordan worked as a civil litigator and civil appellate attorney in Jacksonville, FL. Jordan is a member of the Florida Bar, earned his undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Florida in 2002 and earned his law degree, with honors, from the University of Florida College of Law in 2005.
