Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS)

On July 28, 2023, Congress allowed the statutory authority for the CFATS program (6 CFR Part 27) to expire. As a result, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) cannot enforce compliance with the CFATS regulation at this time.
