Darrell Guidry

Darrell Guidry is an attorney and security consultant focusing primarily on federal regulatory compliance in the chemical and refining industries. At Roberts Law Group / Chemical Security Group, Darrell leverages his expertise to assist clients with Homeland Security and critical infrastructure issues, including compliance with the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) and the Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA). Darrell adopts a collaborative approach to working with clients, partnering closely with companies to help them effectively navigate complex state and federal law and regulations.

Darrell is a member of the State Bar of Louisiana, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University and a Juris Doctor / Diploma in Comparative Law from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Darrell’s time at LSU Law included a judicial externship at the Louisiana Supreme Court, a formative experience that profoundly shaped his ability to distill complex legal issues into clear, actionable insight.

Prior to joining Roberts Law Group, Darrell practiced law in Southwest Louisiana, where his practice focused on litigation and advisory work across a diverse portfolio of both large and small business clients. Darrell brings his past industry and practice experience to help deliver flexible solutions that are tailored to each client’s specific needs.
